This project comes as a direct response to the Ministry of Health’s need to develop its human resources and strengthen the professional capacities of its workforce. It aims to achieve this through the delivery of high-quality training and consultancy programs tailored to the real needs of the health sector.

Frontier Libya implements this project by engaging highly qualified trainers from both within Libya and abroad, and by designing specialized training programs that align with the latest international best practices. The project also seeks to empower employees to obtain internationally accredited certifications with full support from the company, in addition to providing technical consultancy to the Ministry to support informed strategic decision-making that enhances workforce development and improves overall performance within the healthcare sector.

In parallel, the project focuses on strengthening the capacities of internal departments within the Ministry by supporting them in designing internal policies and developing clear strategies that promote performance improvement and ensure long-term sustainability.

These efforts are part of Frontier Libya’s broader strategy to localize training within Libya by building qualified national competencies capable of leading and developing healthcare institutions with efficiency and sustainability.
